Requirements :-
1.Bachelor’s degree or Master’s Degree in Management or any other relevant field.
2.Minimum 2 years or more experience in software usage or training and implementation.
3.Sound technical knowledge.
4.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
5.The ability to multitask effectively and work independently and with the team.
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with excellent organizational and time management skills.
7. Excellent communication skills and rapport building capabilities with the client and other potential ones.
8. Prior experience with the software system is mandatory.
9. Exceptional project management, risk management and data management skills. 10. Remarkable conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.
Job Responsibility :-
1.Overseeing all the tasks and operations of the Implementation Department in the organization and synergizing with the team accordingly.
2.Provide immediate support to the clients which includes all the task enclosing ERP operations.
3.Manage implementation tasks and the respective team as required.
4. Assist the team to gather requirements, document them and disseminate them to the immediate supervisor or to the CEO of the company.
5.Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding software systems. Test, evaluate the system functionality based on client’s requirements and report if there’s any bugs in the software
6.Guide the system users in using the system and provide training if necessary.
7.Visit the client on a regular basis and get regular feedback from the client and implement the necessary changes hence provide updates to the client about new developments.
8.Communicating with clients on a regular basis.
9.Act as the filter and first line of technical support after subordinates during the implementation cycle.
10.Provide regular updates, reports and hence escalate issues to the CEO about the implementation status and clients expectations.
11.Prepare reports and documentations.
Who are looking for :-
● Qualification Requirement: Bachelor’s in Management. A Master’s degree in Management will be a plus point or any other relevant field.
● Minimum 2 years of work experience in the relevant field. Prior proficiency/ experience in ERP Software Implementation.
● Strong Knowledge of Software Systems.
● Nature of work: Providing training to clients regarding Software Systems.
● Good knowledge of Nepalese Income Tax Act, Labour Laws and Government Standards and Policies.
● Fair amount of knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions and Softwares.
● Two wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
