Knowledge of sales, inventory, and customer service management
Analytical skills for reporting and performance tracking
Ability to meet targets and drive business growth

Job Responsibility :-

Oversee daily dealership operations, including sales and service
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets
Supervise, train, and mentor dealership staff
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service
Monitor inventory, pricing, and stock levels
Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams
Prepare and analyze sales and performance reports

Implement business strategies and marketing initiatives
