Bachelor’s degree in Brewing Science, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in brewery operations, beverage production, or manufacturing management.
Strong knowledge of brewing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and production best practices.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate production teams.
Sound understanding of inventory management and procurement coordination.
Ability to analyze production data and maintain accurate operational records.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts if required.

Oversee daily brewery operations to ensure smooth and efficient production workflows.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and quality control procedures.
Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production activities.
Supervise, train, and manage brewery staff, including brewers, machine operators, and maintenance teams.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet output targets and quality benchmarks.
Manage raw materials, packaging supplies, and inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Coordinate closely with procurement and suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
Maintain accurate production, inventory, and compliance records.
Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure proper maintenance of brewing equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs.
