Proficiency in GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Abacus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy in booking processes.

Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Good computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Job Responsibility :-
- Handle flight, bus, train, or travel bookings through GDS or company systems
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets as per customer requirements and company policies.
- Provide accurate fare quotes, itineraries, and ticketing information.
- Assist customers with reservation changes, refunds, and travel queries.
- Ensure compliance with airline and travel regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel restrictions, airline rules, and visa requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments and travel vendors for smooth ticket processing
- Manage daily ticketing reports and records
