Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in production/manufacturing, preferably in textiles/garments.

Knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and capacity management.

Experience managing large, shift-based teams.

Familiarity with ERP systems, production tracking tools, and quality control processes.

Strong decision-making, coordination, and multitasking skills.
