
Requirements :-
• Bachelors Completed
• Experience in the call center or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
• Should be willing to work in evening shift
• Should be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
• Should have a 2-wheeler and valid driving license
Job Responsibility :-
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Recommend products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing their product and service needs.
• Handle and process online and telephonic orders.
• Mobilize delivery staff in a wise, effective, and efficient manner.
• Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Know the company’s products and services and stay updated with the related issues.
• Promptly identify and resolve customer issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
