Requirements :-

  • Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field

  • 5–8 years of progressive sales experience (Education, EdTech, Institutional/B2B)

  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

  • Experience selling to schools or large institutions

 

  • Strong understanding of Nepal’s education landscape

  • Experience in EdTech or school-focused solutions

  • Managing regional/national sales teams

  • Familiarity with school networks, associations, or federations

Job Responsibility :-

  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Achieve targets for school onboarding, student enrollment, revenue, and renewals.

  • Lead acquisition of public and private schools across assigned regions.

  • Build and maintain relationships with school owners, principals, academic coordinators, and decision-makers.

  • Conduct demos, presentations, negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize agreements.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM data, and revenue tracking.

  • Coordinate with finance, operations, implementation, academic, and support teams for smooth school onboarding.

  • Report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to COO/CEO and the Board.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical conduct, and brand representation.

 

  • Share market insights and feedback to help shape strategy and product improvements.
