Requirements :-

Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field

5–8 years of progressive sales experience (Education, EdTech, Institutional/B2B)

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Experience selling to schools or large institutions

Strong understanding of Nepal’s education landscape
-
Experience in EdTech or school-focused solutions
-
Managing regional/national sales teams
-
Familiarity with school networks, associations, or federations
Job Responsibility :-
-
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
-
Achieve targets for school onboarding, student enrollment, revenue, and renewals.
-
Lead acquisition of public and private schools across assigned regions.
-
Build and maintain relationships with school owners, principals, academic coordinators, and decision-makers.
-
Conduct demos, presentations, negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize agreements.
-
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs and monitoring performance.
-
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM data, and revenue tracking.
-
Coordinate with finance, operations, implementation, academic, and support teams for smooth school onboarding.
-
Report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to COO/CEO and the Board.

Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical conduct, and brand representation.

Share market insights and feedback to help shape strategy and product improvements.
