Chief Operating Officer / Chief Executive Officer

Master’s degree in Business, Management, Education, Technology, or a related field

10+ years of senior leadership experience in operations, business, or education/EdTech

Strong understanding of Nepal’s school education ecosystem

Proven ability to lead strategy and execution at scale

Experience working with schools, institutions, or nationwide programs (preferred)

Strong financial, operational, and data-driven decision-making skills

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities

High integrity, accountability, and passion for education and child-centric learning

Define and execute the company’s short-term and long-term strategy and growth roadmap

Lead overall operations across academics, technology, sales, marketing, and school support

Build and manage partnerships with schools, principals, teachers, and education institutions

Ensure high-quality, CDC-aligned, child-centric academic content and learning outcomes

Oversee product, platform stability, innovation, data analytics, and security

Establish SOPs, KPIs, and accountability frameworks for efficient execution

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams and organizational culture

Manage budgeting, revenue planning, financial sustainability, and compliance

Represent the company in institutional, academic, and policy-level forums

Report performance, risks, and growth metrics to the Board of Directors
