Client Service Executive

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Nepali and English.

Minimum 2 years of professional experience in advertising, branding, corporate, multinational, or media sectors.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-oriented.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital tools.

Solid understanding of advertising, media planning, and Nepal’s media landscape (ATL, BTL, TTL, Digital, and Influencer Marketing).

Assist the client servicing team with day-to-day client requirements and communications.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Prepare presentations, reports, and client-facing documents.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and campaign performance.

Maintain accurate client databases and records.

Support the organization of client meetings, events, and related activities.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to clients.
