Job Responsibility :-
1. Role Overview The Chief Operating Officer / Chief Executive Officer (COO / CEO) is the single-point executive leader responsible for strategic direction, operational execution, and organizational leadership of Thinko Learning Pvt. Ltd. This role combines vision-setting, business growth, execution excellence, and stakeholder leadership into one position. The COO/CEO will translate Thinko’s mission into measurable impact by ensuring scalable operations, strong institutional partnerships, financial sustainability, and high-quality delivery across schools nationwide. The role works closely with the Chairperson / Board and carries full accountability for company performance. 2. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Leadership & Business Direction
● Define and execute Thinko’s short-term and long-term strategy
● Drive company vision, mission, and national growth roadmap
● Identify expansion opportunities across schools, districts, and partnerships ● Align product, content, technology, and operations with market and academic needs
● Lead innovation in digital learning, gamification, and data-driven education B. Operations & Execution (Core Ownership)
● Oversee end-to-end operations across all departments
● Ensure smooth rollout and execution of Thinko across partner schools
● Establish and enforce SOPs, KPIs, service standards, and accountability frameworks
● Monitor implementation quality, platform usage, and service delivery
● Resolve operational risks and bottlenecks proactively
C. School Ecosystem & Partnership Leadership
● Lead relationships with:
○ Schools (public & private)
○ Principals, teachers, and academic teams
○ Education associations (e.g., PABSON)
○ Institutional and strategic partners
● Oversee onboarding, training, adoption, and retention of schools
● Represent Thinko in institutional, academic, and policy-level forums
● Ensure reward programs, leaderboards, and recognition initiatives are executed effectively
D. Academic Content & Learning Quality Oversight
● Ensure all content is:
○ Fully aligned with CDC curriculum
○ Pedagogically sound and child-psychology–driven
○ Continuously improved based on usage and performance data
● Coordinate with academicians, teacher committees, and R&D teams
● Balance academic rigor with engaging, gamified learning experiences
E. Technology, Product & Platform Governance
● Oversee platform stability, scalability, and feature roadmap
● Ensure seamless performance across mobile apps, web platforms, and dashboards
● Align technology execution with academic and operational needs
● Lead system upgrades, integrations, analytics, and data security practices
F. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
● Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership and operations team ● Oversee recruitment, performance management, and capacity building
● Foster a mission-driven, ethical, and collaborative culture
● Ensure clear ownership, accountability, and cross-functional coordination G. Financial Management & Sustainability
● Oversee budgeting, revenue planning, and cost management
● Ensure financial sustainability while maintaining affordability for schools and parents
● Monitor revenue-sharing models with schools and partners
● Coordinate audits, reporting, and compliance with finance teams
● Drive responsible scaling aligned with investor expectations
H. Governance, Compliance & Reporting
● Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contracts
● Maintain strong data protection, child safety, and ethical standards
● Support participatory governance committees:
○ Student, Teacher, Parent, and Principal Committees
● Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks, and growth metrics
