Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Management.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in outbound travel or tour operations.

Strong knowledge of international destinations, itineraries, and visa processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking/reservation systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tours simultaneously.

Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and proactive problem solver.

Strong time management and decision-making skills under pressure.

Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability to changing situations.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or travel as required.
Job Responsibility :-

Plan, organize, and manage outbound tours for groups and individual clients.
-
Design and customize international tour packages based on client preferences.
-
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and overseas partners to secure the best rates and quality services.
-
Handle visa processing, travel documentation, and insurance requirements.
-
Prepare and verify cost sheets, quotations, itineraries, and invoices.
-
Supervise and support junior outbound staff, ensuring operational efficiency.
-
Maintain communication with clients throughout the booking and travel process.
-
Handle customer complaints or last-minute changes professionally.
-
Ensure timely issuance of tickets, vouchers, and travel documents.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers and DMCs.
-
Conduct pre-departure briefings and ensure all client needs are met.
-
Monitor tour performance, report results, and recommend process improvements.

Coordinate closely with ticketing, finance, and marketing departments.

Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, and destination updates.

Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service.
