Requirements :-

Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, client relationship management, or a related role.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a relevant field (Master’s preferred but not mandatory).

Strong understanding of mobile banking, digital payments, and fintech services.

Proven ability to identify business opportunities and build partnerships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

Skilled in data analysis, report preparation, and performance tracking.

Strong coordination skills to work with internal teams (technical, sales, marketing, product).

Proactive, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to manage multiple clients/vendors and maintain strong professional relationships.

Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
-
Familiarity with digital wallets and payment platforms (eSewa, Khalti, Connect IPS, etc.) is an added advantage.
Job Responsibility :-
-
Onboard new clients, vendors, and corporate partners.
-
Visit existing clients and vendors to gather feedback, plan initiatives, and strengthen relationships.
-
Assist clients and vendors with service agreements, documentation, and compliance requirements.
-
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client and vendor needs are addressed promptly and effectively
-
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
-
Identify and pursue new prospects, including partnerships with corporate and government bodies, to further digitize payment services.
-
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance existing products/services and explore new offerings.
-
Work with in-house marketing and sales teams, as well as clients/vendors, on campaign strategies and joint promotional activities.
-
Execute marketing and promotional plans to expand service usage and customer base.
-
Liaise with vendors (eSewa, Khalti, Connect IPS, etc.) to facilitate required services.
-
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings; conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, anticipate industry trends, and monitor competition.

Collect and analyze data on campaign performance, sales activities, and transaction trends.
-
Prepare detailed reports with insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
-
Track and evaluate performance against sales and business targets.
