• Excellent sense of style, color, and silhouette tailored to teens and young women.
• Proficient in fashion design software and skilled in creating detailed tech packs.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (preferred)
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.

• Design fashionable, on-trend garments targeting teen and young women.
  
• Conduct research and forecasting on global fashion trends, fabrics, and styles.
  
• Innovate and replicate fast-moving international trends tailored for the local market.
  
• Create detailed mood boards, fashion sketches, and production-ready tech packs.
  
• Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure timely and accurate sample development.
  
• Provide guidance on fit, detailing, and fabric compatibility.
  
• Stay updated on seasonal trends and incorporate them into design strategy.
  
• Ensure each design meets aesthetic, quality, and production feasibility standards.
