Education Counsellor (Australia)

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any field (preference for candidates with a background in education, international relations, or counseling).

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in education consultancy, student counseling, or related fields, with specific experience in advising students about studying in Australia.

• Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

o In-depth knowledge of the Australian education system, universities, visa processes, and scholarship options.

o Ability to handle complex inquiries and guide students effectively.

o Proficiency in remote communication tools (for offshore counsellors).

o Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus, especially for offshore counsellors).

o Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Provide personalized counseling to students interested in studying in Australia.

• Advise students on the best universities, programs, and courses based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.

• Assist with the preparation of visa applications, ensuring all documents and deadlines are in place.

• Offer guidance on Australian scholarships, financial aid, and other student support services.

• Conduct one-on-one consultations, workshops, and information sessions about studying in Australia.

• Build and maintain relationships with Australian universities, agents, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure that students are well-prepared for their educational journey in Australia by providing ongoing support.
