Job Responsibility :-

  •    Customer Issue Resolution: Providing prompt and efficient support for any issues reported by customers, ensuring their satisfaction.
  •    Timely Communication: Responding to customers in a timely manner regarding their issues and ensuring that problems are resolved effectively.
  •    Escalation: Reporting any unresolved issues to the senior representative promptly for further action.
  •  n Proactive Problem Solving: Managing any issues that require immediate attention but may take time to resolve; keep the customer informed about the progress and expected resolution time.
  •    Collaboration: Taking full responsibility for resolving the issues assigned to you. If assistance is needed, collaborate with other representatives to ensure resolution.
  •    Time Management: Maintaining an organized schedule for all tasks. If an issue or task cannot be completed within the allotted time, ensure its completion as soon as possible, even if it exceeds the initial time frame.
  •    Field Work: In accordance with company policies, you may be required to visit the field to resolve problems that cannot be addressed remotely. This may involve travel across Nepal. The company will cover all related expenses, although no additional incentives will be provided.
  •    Daily Reporting: Submitting a detailed report of your daily work and resolved issues to the senior representative at the end of each day.
  •   Customer Interaction: Engaging with customers and clients in a polite and diplomatic manner. In cases where customers are angry or aggressive, you are expected to handle the situation calmly and professionally.
