Requirements :-

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in client services, customer success, or account management.
Experience leading teams or managing client-facing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills to assess client data and identify service improvement areas.

Job Responsibility :-

Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication.
Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Lead and mentor a team of Client Service Executives to meet performance goals.
Develop and implement strategies to improve overall client satisfaction and retention.
Resolve client complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring client loyalty and service excellence.
