Client Relationship and Marketing Officer

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year+ of experience in client servicing, marketing, or partnership roles (experience in the food delivery or hospitality industry is a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Good understanding of the food delivery market and marketing fundamentals.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office tools and digital communication platforms.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing restaurant partners and clients.
• Act as a point of contact to ensure smooth onboarding and day-to-day coordination.
• Collaborate with restaurant partners to plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Identify opportunities for growth and partnership expansion in key locations.
• Gather feedback and insights from clients to help improve Bhoj services.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure service delivery and satisfaction.
• Participate in local events, vendor visits, and occasional field activities.
