Requirements :-

Strong knowledge of tendering processes and documentation
Experience with online tender portals (GeM preferred)
Pricing, quotation, and negotiation skills
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and ability to meet strict deadlines

Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email)

Job Responsibility :-

Identify and track new tender opportunities (Government, PSU, Corporate)
Study tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and terms & conditions
Prepare complete tender documentation and ensure timely submission
Coordinate with sales, accounts, logistics, and vendors for pricing and approvals
Handle online tender portals (GeM and other e-procurement platforms)
Manage pre-bid queries, clarifications, and follow-ups
Maintain tender records, reports, and status updates
Coordinate order execution after tender award

Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and procurement teams
