Sales & Marketing Manager

Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/building materials industry

Strong industry network and PR connections

Proven track record in sales and business development

Experience handling government tenders and liaison work

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Active market presence in Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara

Lead overall sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets

Identify new business opportunities and expand market share

Develop and implement strategic sales plans

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and distributors

Develop key industry partnerships to support business expansion

Manage government coordination and documentation processes

Identify, prepare, and participate in tenders and bidding processes

Strengthen brand presence in Kathmandu Valley and Pokhara
