Requirements :-

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in textile, fashion, or FMCG.

Strong understanding of wholesale sales, distribution networks, and market dynamics.

Ability to meet sales targets, work under pressure, and operate independently.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.

Knowledge of pricing, margin calculations, and stock management.

Customer-focused with problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

Proficient in sales reporting and performance analysis.
Job Responsibility :-

Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Identify, approach, and onboard new wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.

Set sales targets, prepare forecasts, and ensure goals are achieved monthly and quarterly.

Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely product availability.

Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and identify new opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports, performance insights, and strategic growth plans.

Train, guide, and motivate the wholesale sales team for maximum performance.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, pricing, and brand standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Experience in fashion or textile industry is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and inventory management software.

Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets).

Ability to create professional sales presentations and proposals.

Two-wheeler license preferred.
