Requirements :-

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in textile, fashion, or FMCG.

  • Strong understanding of wholesale sales, distribution networks, and market dynamics.

  • Ability to meet sales targets, work under pressure, and operate independently.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.

  • Knowledge of pricing, margin calculations, and stock management.

  • Customer-focused with problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.

  • Proficient in sales reporting and performance analysis.

Job Responsibility :-

 

  • Develop and execute wholesale sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new wholesalers, retailers, and distributors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.

  • Set sales targets, prepare forecasts, and ensure goals are achieved monthly and quarterly.

  • Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely product availability.

  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and identify new opportunities.

  • Prepare and present sales reports, performance insights, and strategic growth plans.

  • Train, guide, and motivate the wholesale sales team for maximum performance.

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, pricing, and brand standards.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience in fashion or textile industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools, and inventory management software.

  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets).

  • Ability to create professional sales presentations and proposals.

  • Two-wheeler license preferred.
