Knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws related to records/document management

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets

Drive and guide the sales team to meet business objectives

Understand client needs and offer tailored record-keeping solutions

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across banking, insurance, businesses, NGOs, CBOs, schools/colleges, and government sectors

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial offer to deal closure

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

Collaborate with operations and technical teams to execute promotional campaigns

Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions in CRM systems

Provide ongoing client support and training to ensure satisfaction and retention

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities

Analyze business economics and devise strategies to optimize sales pitches and offerings

Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager
