  • Requirements :-

    • +2 Pass (Higher Secondary Education) required
    • Bachelor’s degree running or completed preferred
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable handling phone calls and client communication
    • Basic computer knowledge including Excel, email, and online tools
    • Organized, confident, and proactive personality
    • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
    • Experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, or coordination is an advantage
    • Fluent in Nepali with basic English communication skills

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and business contacts
    • Generate and maintain prospective leads
    • Follow up with existing and potential clients
    • Update lead status and maintain communication records
    • Build professional relationships with clients
    • Coordinate with internal teams regarding client inquiries
    • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups
    • Prepare basic sales activity reports
    • Support day-to-day sales coordination activities
    • Understand basic client requirements and coordinate internally
    • Maintain regular follow-ups to support conversions
