Proven experience in customer service or a related role is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Nepali. Proficiency in English is a plus.
Comfortable making phone calls and interacting with customers over the phone.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online ordering systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and a customer-centric approach. Prior experience in e-commerce or a related industry is beneficial
Job Responsibility :-
Monitor and process incoming online orders promptly.
Contact customers via phone to confirm order details and address any queries.
Communicate payment procedures to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment.
Record and track payment confirmations accurately.
Forward confirmed and paid orders to the order fulfillment department with all necessary details.
Maintain organized records of all orders, confirmations, and payment statuses.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the order confirmation and payment process.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
