Logistics / Warehouse

Minimum 2-3 yrs of  experience as a of Warehouse, Logistics , or similar role

Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes

Ability to manage manpower and daily warehouse operations efficiently

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Basic computer proficiency (Excel and inventory systems preferred)

Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines

Experience in FMCG, retail, electronics, or distribution companies

Knowledge of local logistics routes, transporters, and vendors

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Plan, coordinate, and supervise logistics and transportation activities

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock availability

Monitor stock movement and minimize loss, damage, and wastage

Coordinate with sales, procurement, and accounts teams for smooth operations

Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward goods

Supervise warehouse staff and maintain discipline, productivity, and teamwork

Implement and enforce safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse & logistics report
