Requirements :-
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office, consulting, or operations roles
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and presentation tools
Job Responsibility :-
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, travel, and daily priorities
- Prepare briefs, agendas, and follow-ups for key meetings
- Act as a gatekeeper to optimize the Founder’s time and focus
- Collect, consolidate, and summarize updates from teams across functions
- Track progress on key initiatives and escalate blockers or critical issues
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and accountability
- Monitor action items and ensure timely completion
- Proactively push critical projects forward when needed
- Assist with research, presentations, and business analysis
- Support new initiatives, partnerships, and special projects
- Help structure ambiguous problems into actionable plans
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Draft internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder
