Job Responsibility :-

Oversee daily operations of retail outlets or private garages to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

Lead, supervise, and motivate staff including mechanics, service advisors, and support personnel.

Drive sales of services, spare parts, and accessories while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Monitor and manage inventory of parts, tools, and consumables to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Implement local marketing initiatives, service offers, and customer retention programs.

Track revenue, expenses, and overall profitability of each outlet or garage.
-
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of materials and services.

Visit outlets/garages regularly to monitor operations, resolve issues, and maintain consistent service standards.

Prepare MIS reports and update management on operational performance.
