Certified Retail Outlets/Priivate Garage Manager

• Strong knowledge of automobile service operations and retail outlet management.

• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in the automotive sector.

• Head office-based, but frequent visits to outlets/garages inside and outside the valley are mandatory.

• Oversee daily operations of retail outlets or private garages to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff including mechanics, service advisors, and support personnel.

• Drive sales of services, spare parts, and accessories while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

• Monitor and manage inventory of parts, tools, and consumables to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Implement local marketing initiatives, service offers, and customer retention programs.

• Track revenue, expenses, and overall profitability of each outlet or garage.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of materials and services.

• Visit outlets/garages regularly to monitor operations, resolve issues, and maintain consistent service standards.

• Prepare MIS reports and update management on operational performance.
