Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in administration or facility management is required.
- Experience in international travel coordination and event management is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills are required.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills are essential.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently.
Job Responsibility :-
- Manage and supervise administrative staff and office operations.
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems and processes.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Handle correspondence, reports, and documentation for senior management.
- Manage meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
- Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control.
- Act as a point of contact for employee operational needs and support requests
