Requirements :-
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in business leadership, travel management, or OTA operations, with 5+ years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven success in airline partnership management, revenue generation, and business expansion.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Travelport) and online booking systems.
• Experience in managing B2B and B2C travel operations and leading large teams.

Job Responsibility :-
Strategic & Business Planning
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with ETT’s growth vision and digital transformation goals.
• Participate in senior management meetings, contributing market insights, business recommendations, and performance updates.
• Define annual business targets, revenue goals, and strategic priorities.
• Focus on sustainable business expansion into new markets and customer segments (B2C, B2B, corporate, and institutional).
Airline & System Relationships
• Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with international and domestic airlines.
• Negotiate commissions, incentive programs, and seat inventory agreements with airline partners.
• Manage relationships with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and Travelport, ensuring optimal system utilization and pricing competitiveness.
• Coordinate with General Sales Agents (GSAs) for airline representation, and explore opportunities for ETT to become a GSA in selected markets.
• Liaise with consolidators, airline representatives, and travel industry associations for partnership and growth opportunities.
Sales & Business Development
• Drive revenue growth through both online and offline sales channels.
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales and business development teams for performance and accountability.
• Engage with offline travel agents and sub-agents to strengthen distribution networks and expand market coverage.
• Identify and onboard new corporate clients, travel partners, and institutional accounts.
• Implement data-driven pricing and promotion strategies to improve conversion and margin.
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
• Develop partnerships with payment gateways, fintech platforms, lifestyle brands, and corporate travel programs.
• Negotiate joint marketing and cross-promotion campaigns with airlines and travel partners.
• Integrate ETT services within eSewa’s digital ecosystem to improve visibility, traffic, and conversion.
• Build ecosystem partnerships for hotel, insurance, and lifestyle add-ons.
Market Research & Product Innovation
• Research emerging travel trends, route demands, airline distribution models, and digital travel tools.
• Propose and execute innovative digital solutions for flight booking, payment integration, loyalty programs, and customer engagement.
• Evaluate opportunities to expand into ancillary services—such as visa assistance, travel insurance, and tour packages.
Brand Representation & Corporate Communication
• Represent ETT at industry events, airline meetings, travel trade shows, and media engagements.
• Oversee brand reputation and ensure positive stakeholder communication.
• Handle public or partner communication during sensitive or crisis situations.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
• Build a high-performing team covering sales, business development, airline relations, and partner support.
• Promote a culture of performance, ownership, and innovation.
• Develop training programs for sales, ticketing, and partner management teams. Financial & Operational Management
• Manage P&L, revenue generation, margin optimization, and cost control.
• Ensure strong commercial discipline, governance, and reporting.
• Oversee operational coordination across departments for timely service delivery and partner satisfaction.
Industry Awareness & Compliance
• Keep updated on global travel regulations, IATA standards, and airline distribution policies.
• Monitor competitor strategies and emerging OTA trends to maintain ETT’s competitive advantage.
• Maintain compliance with travel and aviation authorities’ requirements.
