Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in record-keeping, financial services, document management, or related industries
  • Strong understanding of record-keeping systems, document management solutions, and sector-specific requirements
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, compliance standards, and laws related to records and document management
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to understand business economics and develop effective sales strategies
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new business models, solutions, and technologies

Job Responsibility :-

  • Develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned targets
  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities across banking, insurance, corporate businesses, NGOs, CBOs, educational institutions, and government sectors
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing tailored record-keeping solutions
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, to deal closure
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate closely with operations, technical, and marketing teams to execute promotional and brand-building campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM systems
  • Provide post-sales support, client training, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies
  • Analyze market trends, client feedback, and business economics to optimize sales pitches and offerings
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs set by management
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and competitor activities
