  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Comfortable in a flexible and dynamic startup environment

  • Basic understanding of software or IT services (preferred, not mandatory)

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-focused role

Job Responsibility :-

  • Identify, research, and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and outreach

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

  • Present Qbits’ services and solutions clearly and professionally

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and propose value-driven solutions

  • Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools

  • Follow up with prospects in a timely and structured manner

  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and sales materials

  • Build long-term client relationships focused on trust and partnership

  • Work flexibly in US time zones as required

  • Represent Qbits professionally in meetings and communications
