BTL Manager

Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies (promotions, events, experiential marketing, sampling, merchandising)

Excellent project management and multitasking skills

Analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI

Strong presentation, reporting, and communication skills

Leadership and team management abilities

3–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activation, or advertising

Proven experience managing on-ground campaigns, trade marketing, and events

Experience working with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Plan, execute, and monitor BTL campaigns, activations, promotions, and events end-to-end

Manage on-ground teams, field staff, and promoters to ensure campaign effectiveness

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal creative teams for seamless execution

Oversee budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations

Track and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs

Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and post-event analysis

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent client servicing
