Requirements :-

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or certifications in manufacturing management, supply chain, or relevant fields are a plus.
3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production management, quality control, or supply chain management.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in production management software (ERP systems like SAP or Oracle).
Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and machinery.
Strong knowledge of quality control standards and health & safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in Nepali and English is essential.
Knowledge of local dialects or Hindi may be advantageous in some regions.
Familiarity with Nepali labor laws, environmental regulations, and manufacturing standards.

Job Responsibility :-

Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demands.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure that all products meet the company’s quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes, including regular inspections and testing.
Supervise and train production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Manage the manufacturing budget, aiming to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize resource use.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including the implementation of lean manufacturing techniques.
Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to optimize production processes and introduce new technologies.
Ensure the manufacturing facility adheres to all health and safety regulations.
Promote a culture of safety among employees, providing regular training and safety drills.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and components.
Manage relationships with external partners, including contractors and logistics providers.
Prepare regular reports on production metrics, quality control, and financial performance for senior management.
Maintain accurate documentation related to production processes, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with local and international regulations, including environmental standards.
Liaise with government bodies and industry associations to stay updated on regulatory changes.
