• Develop dashboards and leadership reports on business performance.
• Perform variance analysis between actual, budgeted, and forecasted results.
• Improve reporting structures and visibility into financial performance.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, and leadership teams.
• Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure outputs align with accounting standards and financial principles.
• Support finance teams in reconciliations, reporting inputs, and data validation.
