Requirements :-
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles
- Prior experience in a manufacturing unit will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle administrative and operational tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license
- Willingness to work in Bhairahawa location
Job Responsibility :-
- Maintain and manage daily financial transactions and records
- Prepare financial reports, invoices, and billing statements
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
- Oversee administrative operations and office management
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensure compliance with financial and administrative policies
- Manage inventory records and support procurement activities
- Support HR/admin tasks as required
