Requirements :-

Job Responsibility :-

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the baby brand’s product portfolio, including diapers, baby toys, skincare, and accessories.

Ensure sales strategies align with company goals and current market trends.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers such as retailers, distributors, and online platforms.

Act as the main point of contact for key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share in existing and new regions.

Increase the brand’s presence across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.

Monitor sales performance and track progress toward sales targets.

Provide accurate sales forecasts and prepare regular sales reports for senior management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute in-store and online promotional campaigns, product launches, and events.

Lead negotiations with key accounts to secure mutually beneficial terms and long-term contracts.

Mentor and support junior sales representatives through coaching, training, and providing necessary resources.
