Area Sales Manager

• More than  3  years of experience in sales or territory management
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience in team handling and channel/distributor management
• Industry-specific sales experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, or clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies

• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain credit control.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and team progress.
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution and product feedback.
• Conduct field visits and market audits to ensure strong on-ground presence

We are looking for a target-driven Area Sales Manager with More than 3 years of experience in territory sales, team handling, and channel management. A background in Business or Marketing is required; industry-specific experience and an MBA are a plus.
