2+ years of experience in client servicing or digital marketing coordination

Prior agency experience is a strong plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)

A proactive attitude with problem-solving and client-handling skills
Job Responsibility :-

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communication and expectations
-
Coordinate with internal departments (creative, strategy, design, media, production) to ensure project deliverables align with client goals

Take detailed client briefs and translate them into actionable plans for internal execution

Prepare and lead client meetings, including agendas, presentations, and regular status updates
-
Monitor campaign performance and ensure consistent client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
-
Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional services
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, feedback, timelines, and approvals
