    Requirements :-

    • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service or client handling
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
    • Ability to manage customer complaints professionally
    • Leadership and team management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office and customer support systems
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests professionally
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
    • Supervise and support customer service team members
    • Resolve escalated customer issues efficiently and professionally
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
    • Monitor customer service performance and prepare reports
    • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns
    • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback
    • Train and guide junior customer service staff
    • Ensure timely response to calls, emails, and customer requests
    • Improve customer service processes and operational efficiency
    • Follow company policies and service standards
