Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-service-oriented personality.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure.
Job Responsibility :-
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Handle email, phone, and in-person inquiries effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, filing, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages.
- Monitor and replenish office stationery and front desk supplies.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings when required.
- Support daily office operations and other administrative duties as assigned.
