Client Servicing Executive

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Marketing, or Advertising.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and prepare clear project briefs.
• Coordinate with Creative, Digital Marketing, Production, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Communicate client feedback accurately and ensure proper implementation.
• Prepare campaign proposals, quotations, timelines, and project reports.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding quotations, invoices, payments, and collections.
• Monitor project budgets and profitability.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
• Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on digital marketing, advertising, branding, and industry trends
