Client Relationship & Marketing Officer

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1.5–2+ years of experience in marketing, client relationship management, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Experience coordinating with agencies, vendors, and business partners.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools is an advantage.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, bloggers, PR agencies, and other marketing partners.
• Arrange, install, and manage marketing materials and promotional designs.
• Develop creative marketing ideas to enhance the BHOJ brand presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurants and vendors.
• Identify and onboard new restaurant partners for BHOJ.
• Coordinate sponsorships, events, and promotional activities.
• Promote and market various products and supplies to restaurant partners.
• Follow up with clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and partnerships.
• Track marketing performance and submit regular reports to the Head of Marketing.
