Requirements :-
-
have a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 of experience in payroll administration or HR operations.
-
Experience working across multiple sites or with remote teams is preferred.

Must have strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and tax regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., SAP, ADP, QuickBooks).

Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

Strong analytical and numerical skills to process and validate payroll data.

Must be able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
-
Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
Job Responsibility :-
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure consistent application of HR practices across all project sites.
- Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees on a regular basis.
- Calculate overtime, allowances, and statutory deductions in accordance with local labor laws.
- Prepare, reconcile, and maintain all payroll-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure smooth payroll disbursements.
- Handle urgent HR and payroll matters that arise at remote or project locations.
- Generate and share regular HR analytics and payroll reports with management.
- Monitor and report on personnel costs and highlight any budget variances.
- Maintain confidential employee files and ensure secure payroll recordkeeping.
