Sales Officer

• Minimum +2 completed; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or footwear/FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of local retail and wholesale markets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

• Educate retailers, wholesalers, and local markets about the company's footwear products and new launches.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional schemes.
• Ensure effective product visibility and market penetration.
• Visit retailers and dealers regularly to strengthen business relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the retailer network.
• Collect feedback from retailers and customers regarding product performance.
• Address and coordinate the resolution of product-related complaints and concerns.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support dealers in increasing product availability and market coverage.
• Monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and best-selling footwear products.
• Gather information on competitor products, pricing, promotions, and advertising activities.
• Submit regular market intelligence reports to management.
• Distribute and ensure proper use of promotional materials such as banners, leaflets, posters, and display stands.
• Coordinate local promotional campaigns and branding activities.
• Ensure effective point-of-sale merchandising.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market activity reports.
• Maintain accurate records of retailer visits, sales performance, and market feedback.
• Provide timely updates to the Sales Manager or Area Manager
