Requirements :-
- Minimum 5 years in FMCG/hygiene product sales, with proven success in channel management (distributors, modern trade, B2B). Experience with brands like P&G, Aiwibi, Zuvara, Sagun, or Nappy is preferred.
- Established relationships with regional distributors and wholesalers in Nepal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Nepali (written and spoken).
Job Responsibility :-
Execute corporate sales strategies to achieve regional KPIs, including revenue, market share, and profitability.
Manage channels, optimize product portfolios, lead promotional campaigns and brand activations, and ensure sales team effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and drive customer retention initiatives.
Manage regional sales budgets, control operational expenses, and ensure ROI aligns with corporate objectives.
Monitor accounts receivable, implement credit control protocols, and minimize bad debt exposure.
Conduct market research, identify emerging trends, and collaborate with R&D for product feasibility and innovation.
