Sales Executive

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, or a relevant discipline
• 2 – 4 years of progressive experience in airlines sales
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook
• Prior experience in the aviation, hospitality, or travel industry will be an advantage
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, tour operators, and key industry stakeholders

• Identify new business opportunities through regular market visits and research

• Expand and manage the airline’s trade partner network by onboarding new accounts

• Execute sales initiatives to achieve assigned passenger revenue targets

• Promote airline products through presentations, FAM trips, and trade engagement activities

• Identify and convert MICE and leisure group travel opportunities

• Provide market intelligence and periodic sales reports to the Sales Manager

• Provide excellent customer service to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–4 years of airline sales experience who excels at building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving passenger revenue. Experience in the aviation, travel, or hospitality industry and knowledge of GDS systems will be an advantage.
