Retail Sales Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 6–7 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and sales reporting.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to branch locations.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license (own vehicle preferred).

• Develop and implement retail sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
• Monitor and analyze branch sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and manage retail sales teams to maximize productivity and performance.
• Coordinate with branch managers to ensure smooth and efficient retail operations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the retail customer base.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
• Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate sales staff to improve overall team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and retail procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and business objectives.
