Reservation Executive

• 1–3 years of experience in airline reservations or a travel agency environment.
• Proficiency in GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online booking systems.
• Knowledge of SEO is an advantage.

• Handle passenger reservations, ticketing, and rebooking across all booking channels.
• Assist travel agents and direct clients with fare quotations, availability, and routing queries.
• Process schedule changes, cancellations, refunds, and ticket reissues as per airline policies.
• Manage waitlists, seat requests, and special service requests (SSRs).
• Ensure accurate PNR handling and compliance with IATA ticketing standards.
• Provide front-line support during flight disruptions and irregular operations.
• Maintain accurate and organized daily sales reports for all reservation transactions.
• Collaborate with travel partners to secure the best available deals.

We are looking for a customer-focused Reservation Executive with  experience in airline reservations or travel agencies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, strong ticketing and PNR handling knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
