Marketing Head

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5-6 experience in the Nepalese education consultancy sector.
• Prior experience promoting Australian education programs is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Nepali.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Professional appearance and strong corporate grooming standards.
• Existing connections within the education consultancy industry will be an advantage.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Kathmandu and across Nepal.

• Identify, approach, and establish strong relationships with education consultancies and study-abroad agencies across Nepal.
• Expand and maintain a high-performing partner network in Kathmandu and regional cities.
• Present and promote OBAN COLLEGE’s programs, facilities, admission requirements, and unique selling points (USPs).
• Represent the institution professionally at meetings, seminars, fairs, and networking events.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for consultancy counselors.
• Ensure partners are well-equipped to guide and support prospective students.
• Travel to major cities and provincial areas to build new partnerships and market presence.
• Develop strategic initiatives to increase student enrollment and brand awareness.
• Coordinate and participate in education fairs, promotional campaigns, and institutional events.
• Build strong visibility for the college within the Nepalese education sector.
• Monitor competitor activities, education trends, and visa-related updates.
• Prepare reports and market insights for the Australian head office.

We are looking for a confident, professional, and result-oriented Marketing Head  with strong networking and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in the education consultancy or international education sector, especially Australian education promotion.
