Associate Pre-Sales Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Computer Engineering, IT, or related field
• Fresher or entry-level candidate (project/internship experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of IP Networking (LAN/WAN, VLANs, switches, access points)
• Knowledge of VoIP/SIP protocols is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Nepali)
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Willingness to travel within the city for site visits
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills

• Conduct technical demos and presentations for products like video conferencing systems, headsets, IP PBX, access points, and switches
• Perform site surveys to assess client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and solution designs
• Research product features and deliver training to internal teams and partners
• Provide remote technical support during installations and troubleshoot issues
• Assist with diagnosing faults and support RMA processes
