  • Requirements :-

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
    • 0–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (IT/software industry preferred)
    • Understanding of sales processes and digital marketing techniques
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
    • Good client handling and relationship management skills

    Job Responsibility :-

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services and software solutions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
    • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Plan and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns
    • Manage social media platforms and support branding initiatives
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
    • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure client requirements are met
    • Maintain CRM records and track the sales pipeline
    • Follow up on leads and support deal closures
